RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLITICS
Returns and cancellations are not accepted for hygiene reason unless the item is faulty, in case the item is defective it will be issued store credit for the full amount of item provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
- Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We gladly accept exchanges.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You can not return custom orders.
